Happy New Year from staff and residents!

Thank you to all who supported us last year!

Santa at Haven Christmas Family Day

Santa handed out presents to all who attended our Christmas family day last month. Many of the residents’ families enjoyed a Christmas service in the morning followed by Christmas Dinner and then the arrival of Santa.

Soap brings Hope!

Home grown fruit and veg.

We have been eating our own home grown produce. Our two poly tunnels are fully functional. Our residents were recently given horticultural training on the use of ‘blue nose’ worms. We have purchased a box full of these worms – their casts are used as fertiliser.

Do they have blue noses? Google it to find out!

Seeds wanted! - donations of packets of fruit & vegetable seeds would be much appreciated.

‘Hope’ for 2011

Our theme for 2011 is ‘Hope’.

We believe there is ‘hope’ for each and everybody through the love and power of Jesus Christ!

New project

New  roof for our chapel needed.

Our ceiling in the chapel/classroom needs replacing. Over the years we have made many repairs to the roof but the time has come to replace the whole structure.

If you can help in any practical or financial way then please do contact us.
